About Me

My name is Rolondo

I am a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in business analysis, project and operations management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

My core competencies include process improvement, customer relationship management, analytical skills, and DEI technology. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lego Serious Play Facilitator. I am also the creator of the "DEI Pizza™" model, a framework that helps organizations assess and improve their DEI maturity and performance. I have been recognized and awarded for my leadership, innovation, management, and valor, both in the corporate and military sectors. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse world, and I enjoy sharing my insights and expertise as an award-winning author, national keynote speaker, and community advocate.
